Might as well do it again, same rules apply.

Anything brewed before 12:00:01 am 1/1/12 doesn't count.

Beer only! (for control purposes)

You can only count a beer once it is brewed, not before. So no "count me down for 200g!"

Let's see if this year's totals go above last years.

5 Gal as of 2 hours ago...Yooper's Haus Ale.

Hooray for 2012 !

Finished a big RIS this morning (1.110OG). 21.5lbs grain, started it in 2011, but with only 3 5gal pots, grain bags, and a flat top stove; it took about 10 hours to brew with cleanup and everything. So, I'm counting it for 2012 since I finished it about 7am this morning.

25 + 5 = 30

First day three brews
American Stout 5
Hazelnut Porter 5
Hoppy Ale 5

30+15= 45

I'll go ahead and add my 5 gallons of Lefse Blonde that I'll be making tomorrow.

All my equipment is out and my water is ready for heating, I mean, its as good as brewed.

So...75+ my 5 gallons of Lefse =

80 gallons

I thought about posting earlier, but didn't want to count mine until after I pitched the yeast.

+5 gallons of "Apocalator Dopplebock"
85 gallons

Brewed 10 gallons of a dark ipa yesterday.
Bloody cold outside but plenty of snow to circulate through the immersion chiller!
Fermenting away this morning

95 gallons
