No worries the Carboy Cleaner works excellent on both Glass and PET/ Better Bottles! Hundreds of "brew on premise" shops use exclusively Better Bottles and clean 50 or more containers a week could not be without the Carboy Cleaner!
 
I would still be conserned that the grime being spun that fast would put small scratches in my better bottles where bacteria could hide.

I think it is a great product for glass though!
