I am in the process of moving to all grain and once I am there will primarily be brewing 10 gal brews. What size kettle would you guys reccomend and where should I get it from? I have been looking on www.morebeer.com and can decide whether to go with the 15 or 26 gallon.

15 would be suitable... but if you brew a heavy 10 gallon beer, it may get a little restricitve depending on how much you have to runoff... so, 26 in that case would be a good idea in either case.

Morebeer also has a 20 gal. Megapot. That would be idea for a 10 gal brew. 15 gal. will work but you'll have to watch it pretty closely.
