I have been brewing AG for about a year and a half, and I think I have brewed my best beer yet. Just thought I would share the recipe!

OG: 1.057
IBU: 38ish
Volume: 5.25 Gallons
Efficiency: Around 70%

Grains:
10 lbs. Golden Promise Malt
8 oz. Medium British Crystal Malt
8 oz. British Amber Malt
8 oz. CaraPils
1 oz. British Chocolate Malt

Hop Schedule:
60 Mins- 1 oz. Glacier Hop Pellets (6% aa)
30 Mins- 0.75 oz. Glacier Hop Pellets
15 Mins- 0.75 oz. Glacier Hops Pellets
Flameout-0.75 oz. Glacier Hop Pellets
Dry Hop- 0.25-0.5 oz. Summit Hop Pellets (18.5% aa)

Yeast:
White Labs WLP007 Dry English Ale (or Safale s-04, or Wyeast Whitbread strain)

Dry hopping is optional really, because it is good without it as well. very nice balanced recipe. The summit gives it a little american flare. I love this beer! Enjoy!
