Just curious if anyone uses their homebrew in their cooking recipes? I used the my last bottle of christmas porter the other day to marinate some steaks. They were unbelievable
I couldn't possibly use good homebrew for that...I buy a case of the cheapest stuff I can find...Olympia last I checked.Rhoobarb said:Use it for beer-butt chicken.
If you really want to blow your socks off, soak them in homebrew 24-48 hours before par boiling and grilling them. Now that is heaven.Mike's Brew and Brat said:I boil Brats in mine. Put in some onions and grill'em.
Then let them soak in in the beer again. Yum
