Hello i was reading The Joy of home brewing and i just read that you can prime your beer with unfermented wort!:rockin: This sounds so awesome! do you guys use this method, because i always hear about adding sugar...

not sure what you mean? you loose nothing, better yet you dont add other ingredients.

I havn't tried it yet, but I intend to one day. As you said, you lose nothing. I already save 2 litres of my unhopped wort to make a yeast starter for the next batch and freeze it. I would simply put more away to carbonate the same batch. It all goes back in at some time or another! :rockin:
