I have brewed 7 batches with my 8th in going in the keg tomorrow. All have been done with the NOOB instructions at my LBS. My question is this.... What books (Web Sites) would you recomend for me to expand a little. I still need clear instructions but I dont need to be spoon fed anymore. Any info that may have helped you in your Brewing Progression will surely help me... Thanx Kevin
