That's not a bad deal, but for a little more you could get a new one. That's kind of a strange looking kettle. I don't see any handles at all; not even on the lid. What is that band around the upper part? I think I would offer him $100 and see if he bites. If not, just leave him your number and walk away. He will call you back within 24 hrs I'm guessing.
