I'm doing the extract version of this recipe, but it doesn't say how long to steep the grains and at what temperature:

I was guessing for like 20 minutes at 155F, but I want some input.

ALSO

I accidentally forgot to put my yeast back in the fridge when I got home, it probably sat out for a good 3 hours before I put it back in. (White Labs Calif. V liquid).

You think it's OK?

Thanks,
Brady

Anywhere from 20 min to 40 min and anywhere from 150° to 160° should be fine. Your plan will be fine.

Yes. The yeast will be fine.

edit: lol. I just realized how many times I used the word fine. sorry - wasn't trying to be a smarta$$...
