Hey all,

I have a Saison and Kolsch fermenting and ready to bottle, and it's time to begin another batch.

I want my next brew to be fast and easy. Minimum primary and bottle conditioning time. A light colored beer with a good bit of hops flavor.
ABV low - average.

I'm looking for an extract. Give me suggestions.

What about a recipe that calls for HLME? The reason for the long boil is for hop utilization correct? HLME requires less boiling time if any at all.

Every one beat me to it. I was going to recommend a hefeweizen until I read the op wants a hoppy light beer. Then I was going to recommend a blonde ale because its low abv, slightly hoppy, and is fast from grain to glass. Pick one of them and you can't go wrong for a beer that is great and can be served quickly. :)

+1 for Centennial Blonde

I did a batch using falconer's flight 7C's and it was ready in less than 4 weeks and I bottle carbed.
