This story is 2 years old. I remember it being talked about before on here. I was surprised to see your post, thinking it had happened again lol
The state should have to pay for ruined beer that was on the list with just a variation on the name. Just make whoever is responsible pay the tax on the unregistered ones & give'em back before they're ruined.
Seems more like an attack since craft beer is so popular these days. Seems like a flash back to pre-prohibition to me...& the person or persons filing the complaint should be made known so these folks can face their accuser(s).
