This was my first AG recipe. I brewed it on 6/9, went into secondary on 6/17, and racked to keg for aging on 9/1.

The basic recipe:

OG: 1.072
FG: 1.017

Fermentables
71% 2-Row
15% Caramel 120L
4% Caramel 80L
4% Honey Malt
4% Roasted Barley
2% Chocolate Malt

Hops
Bittering: Galena 13.0AA
Aroma: Willamette 5.5AA

Yeast
Safale US-05

Secondary
8 fl oz Cold Steeped Starbucks Coffee

Keg / Bottle
3 fl oz Homemade Vanilla Extract (3 vanilla beans soaked in vodka for 5 1/2 months)
