It's on baby! 10 minutes into the boil, Im almost boiling myself, its 94f outside today in NC. I had to use 1oz chinook with the 1 oz perle, oh well, we will see what it turns out like, thanks for the recipe BM, Ill post back in a bit,:mug:
 
Well, that sucks ...

I'd rather be brewing than being here at work, lol. And I'm in the process of moving too, so no brewing for a few weeks at least. *sigh* Great, I'm depressed now.

Brew on, good buddy, brew on ...
 
WOW! More like an Imperial SNPA. What is the estimated IBU.

Oh, its an 11 gallon batch, I figured it at 40 IBU, I think BM's is at 37, so its close, It was really good going in the fermenter, already bubbling through the 1 inch ID blowoff hoses, I think its going to be really good, Ill post back when its finished:rockin:
