Hello all! I am about to keg a batch of apfelwein and was thinking of changing it a bit for the holidays. My first thought was pumpkin pie spice (halloween).

Any thoughts on or experience with this?

Thanks!

But then it's not apfelwein, it's a spiced cider. Pumpkin pie spice generally contains cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and allspice, and nutmeg. You might want to use fresh (unground) spices for your drink. The ratio appears to be
1 nutmeg: 1 allspice: 2 ginger: 4 cinnamon. Call it one stick of cinnamon, a small piece of ginger, two allspice seeds, and 1/4 of a nutmeg seed.
