I am going to be bottling today and in the past I have always just did a random amount of time in bleach water for my bottles. How long do you guys suggest I put my bottles in the bleach water for?
Thanks,
Daum

It takes two to three minutes with the bleach at proper concentration. However, make sure you rinse the bleach out before bottling to prevent phenolic flavors (band-aid taste) from popping up in your beer. IMHO, I think using a sanitizer that you have to rinse defeats the purpose of sanitizing in the first place.
