what are you guys brewing? right now as per my signature. i have just bottled a autumn amber ale in 2nd i have a apple ale and a hard cider in primary.
you guys keg? bottle? extract? all grain? would be nice to discuss with someone local that could give pointers in person and such.

Next brew is this Friday if my order gets here
