so I took some ideas from a few people and made my own recipe for what i am hoping is an irish red. this is what I used

6.0lb coopers light LME
.5 lb light DME
.5 lb digmans caramel
.5 lb digmans special roast
.25lb digmans roasted barley
.25lb digmans biscuit
1oz EK goldings (bittering) 60min
1oz willems (aroma)5 min
WL california ale V

I steeped grains at 155 for 35 mins
60 min boil on the hops and 5 for the willems.

My OG is 1.06 and I used a yeast starter. the yeasties really took off once i pitched. they started bubbling at about 4 hours after I pitched and is still bubbling very good. I will take SG readings next sunday and transfer to secondary after 2 weeks in primary (clearing up beer)

any thoughts or feedback?

the color was more brown than red but it still looked excellent.
