Hello guys,
Did anyone try this beer? 1795 Original Czech Lager Dark :
I drank it yesterday and i like it a lot, :rockin:

I had 1/2 liters bottle, 4.5%. Brown with brown head. Really strong caramel taste. Easy to drink.

I was wondering if someone has brewed an Ale similar to that, something like a light stout, sweet and with a powerfull caramel taste, (my stouts are always very dark, very bitter, and very dry, and SWMBO liked 1795 a lot).
I just brew stepping so if someone could guide me with this style it would be great.

Thanks and greetings from The Basque Country.

The style is a Dunkel, but it sounds like it has more caramel than is typically used.

It's a lager so you probably won't get the exact taste with an ale yeast, but I'd bet you could make a similar beer a la steam-style. But what do I know? I've never done it.
