I brewed an IPA extract kit. When I went from the secondary into the bottling bucket, I think I was maybe a little rough, because the bottles are still cloudy 2 weeks in, and the sediment in the bottom of the bottles is more than what I had on my 1st batch. Other than the unwanted cloudiness, will this effect my beer flavor?
