Hi guys, I'm ready to fire up my 2nd AG batch, can't wait for oktoberfest so lets drink it on St Patty's day. Looking to make an oktoberfest ale (dont have the eqip to lager) and wanted to get some thoughts on my Hop's combination of tettnang, and hallertuer and whether i should use wlp029 or the 036 to try and get that good clear and crisp finish. Appreciate the help!
