I smacked my pack on Monday night, planning to brew last night. Well, looks like that's been postponed for another 4-5 days. So, I put the pack in the fridge last night. Think it'll be fine next week, or should I plan on getting another bunch of yeasties?

It should be fine for a week. If in doubt, make a starter about 36 hours before brewing and pitch the whole thing in your wort.

I make at least a 1000ml starter for all my beers anyway.

I'd just make a starter with it, let that go for a couple days then put it in the fridge 24 hours before brew time.

So, I need to make a starter?

J/K, I was being a smart a$$. Thanks for the help guys, I'll do it next week and save myself from wasting $6+.
