i brewed my 2nd batch about 10 days ago. it was EDME red ale. i was right on with my target OG (1056). i checked the SG on the 17th and it was 1020. tonight it was also 1020. i was thinking about waiting till Friday to keg it. i'll give it a few more days to make sure it has stopped. has any one made this? what was your FG? it didn't come with a target fg.
