Trying to get a few opinions on a recipe I was planning to brew tomorrow. Any opinions will suffice. Just trying to see what other think of my recipe.

Brew Method: Partial Mash
Style Name: Specialty Beer
Boil Time: 60 min
Batch Size: 5.5 gallons (fermentor volume)
Boil Size: 4 gallons
Efficiency: 75% (brew house)

STATS:
Original Gravity: 1.074
Final Gravity: 1.019
ABV (standard): 7.32%
IBU (tinseth): 17.22
SRM (morey): 38.3

FERMENTABLES:
3.3 lb - Liquid Malt Extract - Amber (28.4%)
3.3 lb - Liquid Malt Extract - Dark (28.4%)
0.5 lb - United Kingdom - Chocolate (4.3%)
0.5 lb - United Kingdom - Extra Dark Crystal 120L (4.3%)
0.5 lb - United Kingdom - Optic (4.3%)
3 lb - Honey (Buckwheat) (25.9%)

HOPS:
1 oz - Fuggles for 60 min, Type: Pellet, Use: Boil (AA 4.5, IBU: 9.72
1 oz - Cascade for 15 min, Type: Pellet, Use: Boil (AA 7, IBU: 7.5)

YEAST:
Wyeast - American Ale 1056
Starter: Yes

A pound of chocolate seems maybe a bit much, especially with the dark LME which very likely might have some chocolate in it. I would cut back on it and maybe up your IBUs otherwise it may be too cloyingly sweet with a .2 BU/GU ratio.
 
I used a half pound of chocolate malts. I was going to do two pounds honey at flame out for 15 minutes then add a pound to secondary. I agree about the hops I might do a 60 min fuggle 30 min golddings and then 15 min cascades.

Must have been my typo copying over the recipe it is just a half pound chocolate.
