And in the process of chilling with my immersion chiller i managed to gain 2 gallons because of a trickle leak in the dang wort chiller, after the boil was finished. My gravity reading came in at 1.030. The OG hyrdo sample i took tasted like water-porter.

Am I screwed?

Any other opinions? I can't add too much more volume because i'm already at 5 gallons in the fermentor and the capacity is 6.5 gallons...
