My second batch Marris Otter with northern brewer hops and a 12day Galaxy dry hop...Heaven in the mouth..My first batch was underprimed and well this is perfect! Im happy..

I really love how this cream ale clears up.

My first AG result - ESB. Very well pleased with the outcome:

blonde ale w/ Amarillo, Chinnook, and willamette. Big hop profile but not bitter (hence the blonde ale). The pic came out a bit dark.

I did a left hand stout on Christmas day. Forced carbed then bottled. Thought I overcarbed but bottling must have equalized things because it turned out pretty good.

Very happy with this one. Tastes great.

American Wheat with Mandarina Bavaria & Citra hops. Tri-tip slow smoke'n in the green egg

I usually do all grain, but here are a couple of recent extract batches –

"Like Buddha": Wheat DME with Sorachi Ace Hops, Honey, and Oolong Tea and fermented with Notty



"Thrice" (Belgian-style Tripel): Maris Otter LME and Turbinado fermented with Wyeast 3787 and finished with a Brett mix grown up from the dregs of Goose Island Matilda and Duvel
