I bought a Belgian White kit from my LHBS and it comes with the Muntons Ale yeast...I bought the WLP400 Belgian Wit Yeast to use instead of the Muntons...Should I just use the Muntons also...just pitch it the same time as the WLP400 or should I pitched them at different times...or just forget about the Muntons..
Thanks

Thanks bigjohn, I have heard of people pitching yeasts at different times...One to start fermentation and then after fermentation is over the other one is added, but I never knew the point of it

Is there any point?
