I plan on brewing an IPA in a few days and I'd like some recommendations on the hop schedule. I have 10 ounces of hops to play with - 4 oz of zythos, 3 oz of simcoe, 2 oz cascade, and 1 oz galena. It will be a partial mash with a half boil.
Something like
6 lbs 2 row
8 oz red wheat malt
6 oz Honey malt
4 oz c-60
3 lbs light dme
1 lb corn sugar
Pacman or 1056
Figured I'd use the galena at 60. What hop schedule would you use? I also plan on dry hopping with a few ounces too
