Well I tried a AHS west coast pale ale last night and it was ok not a lot of flavor like i wanted. Its been in the bottle for 2 weeks and is fully carbed. Could another week bring out some flavor or is it done? Also I want to do an extract that uses dry hoping. What is a good AHS kit that uses alot of hops. More the better.
