I am planning on brewing a brown ale next weekend and contemplating adding maple sugar, molasses, and/or brown sugar for flavor. When is the best time to add these adjuncts? Boil, primary, secondary, as priming sugar or multiple points of the process?

Thanks

Get the lowest grade you can find. Grade "c" is the best if you can find it. The lower the grade the more maple flavor.

Grade A is for pancakes and is the lightest.
