Hey all, just pulled the Oktoberfest out of the lagering fridge and am ready for some good summer PM beer. Something flavorful and good out of the keg. Any suggestions?

I enjoy a crisp hoppy pale ale on a hot summer day:

partial mash @ 154° for one hour:
2lb. Maris Otter
0.5lb. Wheat Malt
0.5lb. Carafoam
0.25lb. Biscuit Malt
1lb. of Crystal 60°L

You'll need 6lbs of Extra Light DME: 3lbs at the beginning of the boil and the remaining three with 15 minutes to go.

Hop schedule:
60min 1oz. Columbus pellets 17%AA
30min 0.5oz Centennial whole 9%AA
15min 0.5oz Centennial whole 9%AA
5min 0.5oz Centennial whole 9%AA
0min 0.5oz Centennial whole 9%AA

Yeast = Safale US-05 (fka US-56)

I've made this before using Cascade instead of Centennial hops and have also substituted Nottingham yeast.
