wow, haven't posted here in a while, i need to brew more often. I just picked up a pale ale kit but dont really want to make just a pale ale, I'm thinking something fruity that the wife might like. just a hint of fruit though, nothing over powering. any ideas? how much fruit should be used for 5 gallons? I wouldn't mind trying something odd, but i dont want to make something disgusting either. a friend wants pineapple but im not sure that would work out too well.
