Let me know what you think.

Looks delightful! However, I doubt you'll get 11 gallons with all those hops. I can't remember the generally accepted rate of absorbtion per ounce, but I'd estimate you'll come out with about 9 gallons.

Holy Hops!!! I think this will be delicious. I didnt read closely and thought you were brewing a 5 gallon batch. That would be a hell of a grain bill for a 5 gallon batch..haha. I just brewed a DIPA and used just over 8 oz of hops for a 5 gallon batch, I wish I would have used more. Especially for dry hopping.

I think you will enjoy this one!

Just out of curiosity; why are using bags for your hops? You will get much better extraction rates if you just dump them straight in.

Just to let you all know, this beer was FANTASTIC! I did end up with a little less than 10 gallons, but not by much (maybe a 1/2 gallon). Took 5 gallons and bottled for a party, and kept 5 gallons for my kegerator. Was a hit at the party, and my keg was gone in a week.

:)
