I have acquired a large amount of Munich, Vienna, and Victory malts.
I notice that the ppg of these is close to pale malt. Since these have pretty good diastatic properties I would like to use them in a large percentage to make malty beers.
Can anyone recommend beer recipes that use an abundance of these grains?
