Hello, I'm looking for an extract recipe.

I have these hops on hand at the moment:

100g Simcoe 12.2%
50g Nelson sauvin 12.6%
50g Summit 15.9%

I also have some Medium Crystal that I want to use up.
US-05 yeast
Will buy some amber LME.

Any ideas for a recipe with above ingredients? If I don't come up with anything else, I was thinking about just doing another version of this one but just replacing the Cascade with Simcoe. (then maybe combine the Nelson and summit in a different batch).

Thanks,
Aidan

Love those NZ hops (have I said that enough?). Here's an extract conversion of my Nelson Suavin Pale Ale.

5 gallon batch
1.058 OG, 40 IBU

8# Pale LME
.50# C20
.25# C60
7g Summit @60
14g Nelson Suavin @30
14g Nelson Suavin @10
21g Nelson Suavin @0

Steep crystal in 2.5 gallons of water at 155* for 20 minutes
Bring to a boil
Add LME
60 minute boil
Ferment at 65* w/ US-05

HTH

Thanks Zuesy. So summit & nelson sauvin work well together? How do you think that would turn out if I used all amber lme instead of pale, and skipped the c20?
