I have been on this site for awhile and brewing for about a year, but I was living in San Diego. I am moving to New Orleans (Slidell) in a few weeks and I thought I would see if anyone is from that area. Know of any good brew shops, or a good place to get a beer. Let me know.

There is a pretty good brew pub right in the quarter down by the river, but I can not remember the name.

My wife's sister was flooded out in Chalmette and now lives closer to the airport. Her son lives in Slidell.
