Ive got 2 gallons of 'sour' ale which doesnt smell to sour its been goin for nearly 3 months now should i leave for a full calender year before touching it or can i bottle on 6 months? Labeling it wild ale rather than sour ale i think ive got brett pellicle but not sure. so should i leave it the heck alone it smells like wet old tent/horseblanket
