For 6 gallons:
12.5 lbs- 2 row pale
60min- .6oz
30min- .6oz
15min- .6oz
0min - .75oz

Mash 152 until full conversion. Chill to 65 pitch 1200ml starter of wlp090 ( San Diego super strain.) Primary for 30 days.

Any thoughts on this? I'm brewing tomorrow.

First SMaSH. New hop verity, new yeast strain. Exciting.

Sounds like it will be very tasty.

I would submit we call this a SMaSH-B: single malt and single hop-blend as the Falconers 7cs is a blend of multiple hops.

Dough in at 152.

I would move the 30 min addition somewhere between 15 and 0, and also dryhop.

I wasn't sure about the 30 min addition. You got me thinking and I moved things around. .79@60, .79@15,.79@5,.79@0
