I was at Homebrew Pro Shoppe in Kansas City over the weekend, and they sell a wheat extract kit "Modeled after a famous KC brewery." Haha. Here's the ingredients:

6.6 lbs Plain wheat malt extract (liquid)
4 oz. Belgian caraviene malt (steep)
1 oz cluster hops (60)
1 oz willamette hops (5)

Came with a dry ale yeast.

Think that'll come close or are they just trying to make a few extra bucks? I bought it just for fun... I can just buy a 6 pack if i feel like having a boulevard, so I don't care if it's exact, just tasty :)

Thats actually a lot of info on there beer.
I would say that your recipe would be a bit under hoped. They make no mention of Yeast, but I had 22oz of it last night and i think a ale yeast would be fine.
