Hello All- Thank you at everyone who answered my dumb questions with this first brew.
I bottled this morning and all went well except the siphone into the bottles. What a pain in the @#*.
I bought a hydromter and the final reading when bottling was 1.008 - 1.010 - in that range. I didnt take a reading when I started so Im not sure the alc. content. Any idea of what it maybe with a reading like that? Its a wheat beer. or did the reading come out right?
I tasted a little to make sure all was good. - tasted like watery wine/stale beer etc.
