I have no experience doing half-batches, but I am going to start going that route this fall/winter - so I need someone to double check my work please.

I'm looking to do a small batch version of Northern Brewer's Big Honkin Stout recipe but since my batch size is smaller, I just took the percentages of each grain in their grist and will attempt to mimic that in mine:

89% US 2-row
5% Simpson's Black
3% Simpson's Roasted Barley
2% Briess Caramel 120
2% Weyermann's Dehusked Carafa III

Target OG: 1.068 | Mash Temp: 153

0.50 oz. Chinook (60)
0.25 oz. Chinook (15)
0.25 oz. Chinook (flameout)
