Note that the fittings are brass and not SS on this pot. For an economy pot it is a fair price, but if you are not on a tight budget I would recommend the 10 gallon all SS Polar Ware pot.
 
I'd recommend 10 gallons to anyone looking to all-grain brew five or more gallons of beer. 7.5 isn't large enough to manage a really good initial boil/hot break. Oh, it'll work. I did about 20 batches in my 7.5, but it wasn't easy and it took real management/vigilance of the hot break.

You can probably get an 11 gal. SS pot from the for around $80 or so... I'd email them. I agree, definitely wouldn't do less than a 10 gal pot though.
