I processed my very first batch of cornmeal. After 5 days there was no bubbling's from the container, just once every ten to fifteen minutes. Presuming the wort is ready and eager to try, I started the still. Approximately 15 liters wort in a pressure cooker, heat temp at almost 75 to 85 Celsius. Discarding the very first ml, the odor and the taste of remainder of moonshine was there but say about 30% alcohol. Collected about 1/2 liters. Too much hassle for so less? Where did I go wrong - alcohol %tage and the quantity? Can some peers throw any suggestions/thanks
