I processed my very first batch of cornmeal. After 5 days there was no bubbling's from the container, just once every ten to fifteen minutes. Presuming the wort is ready and eager to try, I started the still. Approximately 15 liters wort in a pressure cooker, heat temp at almost 75 to 85 Celsius. Discarding the very first ml, the odor and the taste of remainder of moonshine was there but say about 30% alcohol. Collected about 1/2 liters. Too much hassle for so less? Where did I go wrong - alcohol %tage and the quantity? Can some peers throw any suggestions/thanks
 
I'm sure you can find a distilling forum on the internet. This forum is for wine, beer, mead, cider and soda.

Our forum rules (which you read and agreed to when you signed up) specifically prohibit distillation threads.
