1 gallon apple juice
1 gallon apple cider
1/5th Everclear or moonshine if you can find it
cinnamon sticks
cloves
allspice
brown sugar
nutmeg

Add all juices to a large stock pot. Heat up, but do not boil. Add all spices until you get an apple pie flavor and sweetness you like. Remove stock pot from stove to ice bath in the sink. Once mixture cools down to at least room temp, add all of the everclear. Stir it up to mix it well, and divide it up back into the apple juice containers, or whatever you want to store it in. Place containers in the pantry or a closet to age for a few months or so. When you drink this, you need to shake up the spices inside to get the full apple pie flavor. It will not be clear, but cloudy. This is a first class panty dropper. Enjoy!
