It's Sunday 17:30 and what the heck. I'm gonna do a brew.

I've had a go at formulating my own.

What do you reckon? Have I made a mistake?

Beer: Orfy Pale Ale Style: India Pale Ale
Type: All grain Size: 23 liters
Color:
17 HCU (~10 SRM)
Bitterness: 42 IBU
OG: 1.056 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.7% v/v (4.5% w/w)
Grain: 6kg British pale
300g British crystal 50-60L
30g British chocolate
Mash: 65% efficiency
Boil: minutes SG 1.046 28 liters
Hops: 60g Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
15g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
30g Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
30g Saaz (aroma)

Hot water Tun Filled
Water for yeast hydration boiled and put to cool in water bath

Guinea Fowl put in Oven

Yeast pitched in to cooled water 25c
Grained weighed and put in mash tun

Might even pluck my pheasants as well.

I din't know youwere a pheasant plucker.. It's pleasant plucking pheasants.

It was fab.
Like old fashioned really tasty chicken and lower fat.

Nearly as good as that wort I've just tasted. I could drink a pint of it chilled now.

4 hours 50 minute. That's with cooking and eating a meal as well.
