If I hit my pre boil volumes and gravity but boiled off to much if I need to add say .25-.5 gal of water back to the volume post boil in theory I should still hit my fg at my pre projected volume right. Example I needed to boil down to 5.75 gal to hit my fg but thanks to this damn wind I had to boil a little harder so the flame would stop going out so in the end I boiled down to 5.25 gal of an obviously denser and hifgher fg wort. So if I top back off to 5.75 all my numbers should be the same as projected correct. I rarely have to do this but the wind today played with my flame and I had to boil more vigorously otherwise I was relighting it every 5 min if I kept the flame at my normal boil.
