I made 2 batches of beer and the only thing I did different was I used a different yeast in each one. One came out very clear and the other very cloudy. I like my beers to be as clear as possible so can anyone recomend what kind of yeasts I should use?

Were they the same recipe, or at least similar ingredients? There are lots of things that can affect the clarity, and yeast flocculation is one of them. Highly flocculant yeasts will drop out of suspension better than less flocculant yeasts, and will contribute to clearer beers. White Labs provides information on their yeasts at their site.
