does anybody have a useful link for somebody switching to all grain? maybe something that goes over the major differences, the different equipment needed, etc.
 
When I switched from extract to all grain I found that youtube offered a wealth of information.

That's Bobby M's. I don't think it goes over equipment and the like, but it's a fantastic tutorial.

This is an excellent write up that breaks down the entire process very clearly. Also, for all the equipment, refer to the HBT Wiki (linked in the bar above) and just search for what you need to know - most things are explained in a very detail way.
