Hello team, I'm trying to find a cheap and easy DIY false bottom for my keggle to start BIAB. I was thinking of using a SS steamer, but the largest I could find was 11", leaving a good 3-4" of open space for the bag to fall through. Does anyone have a good idea how to accomplish this with minimal adjustment to the keggle? 11.5" opening on the keggle btw.

Are you just trying to keept the bag off the bottom of the kettle? I use a ten or eleven inch stainless lid. You want the bag to open up inside the keg so the grain has access to all the water. I hope I understood your question...
