I just got a new keg system from midwest and I cannot get any pressure... I filled up my tank, but it seems like it hits the first regulator and stops... I can turn the knob, but it appears that the know pushes against a pin. That pin does not move in, which I'm assuming is why I cannot get co2 movement.
 
Is there a nut on the threaded shaft that the adjustment knob is attached to? There is on my regulator and you may have to back it off so you can up the pressure.
 
There's probably a lock nut on the set screw. Just loosen that up and then you can change it easily.
