I recently moved our of suburbia to an acreage. I have these burners on my brewstand:

Each burner has 2 needle valves and a standing pilot light, and of course piping, a modest investment I would prefer not to discard. However, I no longer have access to natural gas. If I use a 2 stage low pressure regulator, can I safely use these with propane? Or is there some other way to safely use these with propane?

You will be able to use these.
There will need to be an orifice change as well as that regulator.

I can't tell what size you need for your particular burner though.
